                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
                  GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
                  AMENDMENT WITH WARREN PARKER UNLIMITED D/B/A
                  EXHIBITS UNLIMITED, RELATIVE TO BESSIE SMITH
                  HALL IMPROVEMENTS, FOR AN ADDITIONAL
                  CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
                  THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS
                  ($174,390.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of General Services 
be
       and is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract Amendment with
       Warren Parker Unlimited d/b/a Exhibits Unlimited, relative to
       Bessie Smith Hall improvements, for an additional consideration 
of
       $174,390.00, for a revised total amount of $408,452.00.
